Tivora Player Support
Help and support information for Tivora Player.
About Tivora Player
Tivora Player is a private bring-your-own network stream playlist player for iPhone and Android. It is designed for people who already have authorised access to their own compatible stream server or playlist.
The app does not provide media, channels, playlists, subscriptions, streaming services, provider directories, public content search, accounts, ads, analytics, tracking SDKs, or backend services.
Demo Mode
Demo mode is available without login or credentials. It uses neutral public sample streams so the app can be reviewed and tested without private server details.
Adding Your Own Server
Use Add Server to enter your own authorised Xtream-compatible server details or a full compatible get.php playlist URL. Credentials are stored locally on your device using secure storage where available.
Do not add servers, playlists, or streams that you do not own or are not authorised to access.
Troubleshooting
- If a server does not validate, check that the server URL, username, and password are correct.
- If validation is slow or fails, the server may be temporarily unavailable or may block connections from your current network.
- If the channel list is empty, confirm that your playlist has live channels available and that your server supports compatible live category and stream APIs.
- If a stream does not play, try another stream from the same playlist. Some streams use codecs, containers, redirects, or network settings that may not work on every device or connection.
- If favourites or saved server details should be removed, open Settings and use Clear local data.
Privacy
Tivora Player stores credentials, favourites, recently watched channels, and preferences locally on your device. The app has no Tivora account system, ads, analytics, tracking SDKs, or backend service.
Read the Tivora Player Privacy Policy for more details.
